Tickets can be cancelled up to 4 hours before scheduled departure through your booking confirmation or by contacting support.
The refund amount is based on the time remaining before scheduled departure:

| Between 2–4 hours before departure | 100% Refund |
| Between 30 minutes–2 hours before departure | 50% Refund |
| Within 30 minutes of departure | 0% Refund |
Cancel your ticket online via the booking confirmation link sent by email/SMS, or call our support line with your PNR/ticket number.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Passengers who do not board at departure without prior cancellation are considered a no-show and are not eligible for any refund.
Date or route changes are treated as a cancellation and new booking, subject to seat availability and the applicable cancellation charges above.
Charter and tour bookings follow custom cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking, as they involve advance vehicle reservation.
